Facilities
All residences are fully furnished with split ACs, LCD TVs and fridges. Each room has comfortable king size bed, sofa with coffee table, study desk, wardrobe, luggage rack and dresser. The apartments are additionally equipped with dry kitchenettes, microwaves, tea / coffee maker, dishes & dining tables. The attached bathrooms with each unit feature modular western fittings, and 24 hour hot and cold water.
We offer room service from a centralized kitchen operated by full time cook experienced in several cuisines including Indian, Chinese and Continental. The facility features a spacious dining hall, a conference room and an open terrace to host events.
The apartment buildings also offers 24 hour security, broadband Wi-Fi, lift (with Automatic Rescue Device) for easy access to higher levels, 24x7 power backup and RO filtered water.
We have a decent sized (14 seater) conference room for holding small group meetings, interviews and conferences. It is equipped with projector-screen, television and a white board. We can provide required stationary and refreshments as per order.

"Loved the experience!"Stayed for a night with my wife in May '16. Easy enough to locate (using Google Maps), plus the owner lady (Ms. Poonam) was kind enough with detailed directions.
Nice rooms, very spacious, very clean washroom, with all basic amenities like microwave oven, sink, mini-fridge etc. available in our Deluxe Studio Apartment (free upgrade by the owner, when we told her that we have 3 kids staying with us). Service was decent. Free wifi gets a thumbs up from me :)

"Good place to stay"Not far from Delhi..good base for exploring surrounding areas. As it was my first time in India I didn't know what to expect. This place is basic by western standards but by Indian standards it's better than basic. I loved the omelettes served in the morning and the Chai! Met some very interesting characters there.
